
I learned from Emily that it’s important to start your days off with a positive thought, so what better way than to share these thoughts with my readers.
My goals this week:
1. Complete all of my training runs. (This week totals 14.5 miles plus two soccer games)
2. Drink lots of water!! Temperatures will be in the 90s – hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
3. It’s menus week at work so my stress level always goes up – just relax and do what I can, when I can.
