Caregivers: Smiles for Sue

I had an incredible morning with our guy and gal pals from our South Jersey ambassadorship. While having my hubby and BFF running buddy Jennifer Zeigler DiBonaventura by my side always makes for a fun day, I also had the opportunity to run with my coworker Sue Schwenderman Hamilton, her hubby Brandon Hamilton and we had the pleasure of pushing their incredible son, David.⁣⁣

David had an amazing day but what made me SO HAPPY was to see the smile on Sue’s face. Ainsley’s does so much for our riders, but it also does so much for their families — caregivers are truly the Superheroes, not me or the other ambassadors. Caregivers love, support and provide for our riders all day, every day. ⁣
⁣
For an hour and 18 minutes, Sue got to be Sue. A runner at heart, a mother by title and an inspiration to me that she most likely doesn’t know.
